The Andromeda Galaxy. M110 is at the lower edge (centre) of the frame, while M32 is the bright almost-stellar blob top-left of M31's nucleus. The field of view is 2° across.

Equipment: Canon ESO 350, modified 400mm Sigma lens, piggybacked on an 8-inch Cassegrain and guided with the Foton AstroCam.
