2007 January 22, Leon Korkie. Forwarded by Andre van Staden, who writes that after a long wait for the skies to clear, Leon Korkie imaged the comet on Monday evening, Jan 22nd, at 21:00. Leon used a Canon EOS 350D, fl=25mm at f/5.6, ISO 1600, 30s exposure to capture the image on the left. A few minutes later, a 144-second exposure caught the comet as shown on the right.
